Following the merger between Aker BP and BP Norge, December 1st, 2016, Aker BP will be operator for Alvheim, Bøyla, Vilje, Volund, Jette, Ula, Hod, Tambar, Skarv and Valhall fields – making Aker BP a major producer of oil and gas.
